If it's a hardware repair, upgrade, or diagnostic job instead, drop the device off at my home workshop by appointment.

Wynnum is the base suburb, so on-site visits here have the shortest travel time and the most flexible scheduling of anywhere in the service area.
Workshop repairs vs on-site support
The workshop itself is in Wynnum. It's a home workshop, not a retail shopfront — appointment only, no walk-ins. I'll send the address through once a drop-off time is confirmed.
Remote support is also available for software problems that don't need anyone in the room — $50 for 30 minutes or less, or $90/hr for anything longer.
