Ben's Brisbane Computer Repairs operates from a home workshop in Wynnum, QLD — appointment only, no walk-ins. How a job is handled depends on what it needs, not just where you are.

Workshop repairs

Hardware repairs, upgrades, diagnostics and data recovery are drop-off jobs at the Wynnum workshop, booked by appointment. The workshop address is sent through once a time is confirmed — it isn't a public shopfront, so there's no walk-in access. Anyone can drop a device off, regardless of suburb, since it's the device that needs to travel rather than a technician.

On-site IT support

For software problems, setup work and everyday IT support, I come to you across Wynnum and the confirmed bayside service area. On-site support is $135/hr.

For software problems that don't need anyone in the room, remote support is $50 for a session of 30 minutes or less, or $90/hr for anything longer — regardless of where you are.
